Cultured Solutions

With a background shaped by years of culinary craftsmanship, including experience in Michelin-starred kitchens, we learned a simple but defining truth:

Simplicity is respect for what is real.

One of the places that influenced us most was a farm-to-table restaurant in France. There, we experienced how ingredients grown in healthy, diverse systems express more character, depth, and purity.

That philosophy — start with the best raw materials, handle them with care, and let nature express itself — forms the foundation of everything we do today.

Fermentation as a craft

We apply the same principles to plants as we once did to ingredients in the kitchen.

We produce plant-based soil improvers through the natural fermentation of vegetables, herbs, and locally sourced plant materials. Each batch is created using simple inputs and slow processes, allowing naturally occurring microorganisms to develop as part of fermentation.

These products are not traditional fertilizers. They are designed to integrate into soil systems as part of a broader approach focused on soil quality and balance.

Each ferment develops a unique profile depending on the plant materials used and the conditions of the fermentation process.

Three ferments. Three identities.

Cultured Solutions currently produces three small-batch ferments:


Ginger–Garlic Ferment — developed for balanced soil conditions
Pumpkin Ferment — designed for use during flowering phases
Nettle–Carrot–Beet Ferment — suited for active growth periods

Each batch is monitored throughout fermentation and produced with a focus on consistency and quality.
