About us

 Cultured Solutions

With a background shaped by years of culinary craftsmanship and upon working in several Michelin-star kitchens, we learned a simple but defining truth:

Quality always begins at the source.

Simplicity is respect for what is real.

One of the places that influenced us most was a farm-to-table restaurant in France.

There we experienced how ingredients grown in healthy, diverse systems express more character, depth and purity.

That philosophy — start with the best raw materials, handle them with care, and let nature speak — forms the foundation of everything we do today.

 Fermentation as a craft

We applied the same principles to plants as we once did to ingredients in the kitchen.

We create 100% plant-based soil improvers (PFC 3A) through the spontaneous fermentation of vegetables, herbs and local plant materials, using only the microorganisms that naturally occur on crops grown in clean, regenerative environments.

The ferments are not traditional fertilizers.

They act by supporting the microbial life around the roots.

Most importantly, they stimulate the growth of Lactobacillus, a key group of beneficial bacteria that:

Suppresses root rot and fungal pressure

Stabilises pH in the rhizosphere

Improves nutrient availability

Activates microbial symbiosis

Helps plants manage stress

Each ferment develops a unique profile depending on the plant materials used and the diversity of their native microbiology.

Three ferments. Three identities.

Cultured Solutions currently produces three small-batch ferments:

Ginger–Garlic Ferment — known for resilience and plant strength

Pumpkin Ferment — mild, nutrient-rich, naturally balanced

Nettle–Carrot–Beet Ferment — mineral-dense and highly active

Ferments are monitored daily and fermented slowly until the plants release their full potential.

Used and tested by growers

Within the community , these ferments have been extensively tested in different cultivation systems — from small-scale agriculture to dedicated hobby growers.

The feedback has been consistently positive: growers appreciate the clarity, stability and natural effectiveness of the ferments.
