Our fermented plant extracts are intended for agricultural and horticultural use only.

Products must be used according to the instructions provided. We are not responsible for damage, crop loss, or other outcomes resulting from misuse, over-application, improper storage, or use outside recommended applications.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

 

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€). VAT is applied according to EU regulations and shown at checkout unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Orders are only considered accepted once payment has been received in full.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the European Union using tracked courier services. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier performance.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable and biological nature of our products, returns are only accepted in cases of:

  • damaged goods

  • leaking containers

  • incorrect items

Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery and supported by photographs. See our Return Policy for full details.
