Return & Refund Policy
Due to the biological and perishable nature of our fermented liquid products, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used.
However, if your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a refund at no extra cost.
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any such issue.
How to request a replacement or refund

Clear photos of the product and outer packaging
Do not return any items unless we provide written authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used bottles

Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery

Custom or discounted items
Right of withdrawal (EU)
Under EU consumer law, customers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
However, this right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once opened, including perishable and biological liquid products such as fermented plant extracts.
